General Terms and Acceptance

Eligibility and Age Restriction

• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

Account Registration and Security

One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one account on cea444. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, cea444 will close all additional accounts and may withhold any balances associated with them pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. cea444 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify cea444 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

cea444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, it provides a significant additional layer of security against unauthorised access. Players who suffer losses due to failure to enable available security features cannot hold cea444 liable for those losses.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. The KYC process may require you to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account). cea444 may request updated documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance checks.

Deposits made via bank transfer may take longer depending on your financial institution. cea444 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. cea444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed standard thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified personal account in the player's name.
• cea444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Players must have wagered a minimum of the full deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• cea444 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the player's account balance if KYC documents are not provided within 72 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.
• In cases where cea444 suspects fraudulent activity, withdrawals may be placed on hold for the duration of any investigation.

Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. cea444 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players and makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of gambling winnings in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

Bonuses and Promotions

cea444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to the Bangladesh cricket calendar, BPL season, Eid, and other occasions. All bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the individual offer terms) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the offer expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or per bet applies as specified in the offer terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated.

Bonus abuse: cea444 has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, using bonus funds solely on low-risk bets to circumvent wagering requirements (referred to as "scalping" or "arbitrage"), coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, and any other conduct that cea444 determines, in its sole discretion, to be an exploitation of its promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, cea444 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the account permanently.

cea444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and is actively in use, any modification will not affect the player's existing bonus balance for that specific offer.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on cea444, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and reasonable standards of conduct. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this agreement:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud cea444 or other players, including but not limited to providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino, or any competitive game format offered on the platform.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to interact with the platform without human input, or to gain a statistical advantage not available to regular players.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software malfunction, pricing error, or system vulnerability. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error are not payable and will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using cea444 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. cea444 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful behaviour toward cea444 staff or other platform users via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your account, whether for a fee or otherwise.

cea444 monitors all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Players found in breach of any of the above prohibitions may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, their pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation, and any outstanding balances forfeited where permitted by applicable law. cea444 also reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where the conduct warrants it.

Players are reminded that their obligations under these Terms do not negate any legal duties they may have under Bangladeshi law or any other applicable jurisdiction. Compliance with these Terms does not constitute legal advice regarding the lawfulness of gambling activity in any particular jurisdiction.

Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the player: You may request to close your cea444 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or closure by cea444: cea444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Behaviour that is harmful, abusive, or threatening toward staff or other users.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a valid court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cea444 will notify the account holder via their registered email address. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the suspension will be lifted and full account access restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the outcome communicated to the player.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. cea444 will send a notification to the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee. The dormancy fee, as stated in the current fee schedule published on the platform, will be deducted from the account balance monthly until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in to reactivate the account. Reactivation requires successful completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Limitation of Liability

cea444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible, reliable, and free from defects, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cea444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if cea444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or any other circumstances beyond cea444's reasonable control.
• The conduct or statements of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners.
• Any bets placed or losses incurred during a period in which the platform is experiencing a known technical error, provided that cea444 has taken reasonable steps to notify players of the error and suspend affected services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cea444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your sole remedy in respect of any dissatisfaction with the cea444 platform, its content, or these Terms is to discontinue your use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 7. cea444 encourages players to raise any concerns via our 24/7 support team before taking this step, as most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
